Well well well Mr Montresor
It sounds very ambitious and I must admit there seems to be some vision coming out of political ambition for your Country...but Mr Montresor who will be selling Nuclear reactor to a third world country like Haiti?.

Nuclear reactor management requires excessive training and technical expertise that take years to accumulate.

As a Frenchman you are well aware that we are the leading nation when it comes to Nuclear Technology and I find it some how unwise to provide a nuclear reactor to any third country people.

What about hydro elctric plant- you are an island you should have plenty of water available to you No! What about wind energy and other form of energy
Has your program anticipating a way to exploit your natural resources
Any way that is from an observer and a former Colon
