And No I am not afraid for anyone to bust my bubbles because that's just the way I (Montresor) like it.

# 1-I want my Presidency vision to be transparent to the Haitian people as we come together to rebuild our country.

# 2-I want the Haitian people contributions in all aspects of my government because this is our country.

Your question to the issue of the "Blackout problem" in Haiti merit validation of my position to solve it.

Once I am elected President I will declare dual citizenship to the Haitian Diasporas called "Get it or Forget it" with a limited time of 60 to 90 days to submit dual citizenship applications.

The application fee will be $695.00 more or less per adults and $325.00 per child pending my final decisions.

The funds collected from the Diasporas dual citizenship will pay to obtain a Nuclear energy power plant that will power up the entire country.

This project estimated time should be no more than thirty six (36) months or less if all possible.

Estimated cost for this Nuclear power plant maybe around USD $300 million more or less.

I will have more details on this issue as we progress in the days ahead.
