I don't agree with your comments at all. Haitians do speak French and they are accounted for at least 15%.

However, it would be nicer to say the majority of Haitian people don't speak French at all. Since Haiti has been excluded from the Francophone countries, Haiti should opt for the creole language which is accounted for the 31st language among world language countries.

Haitian Creole must be the first language of Haiti and the Haitian president should class all the other languages as second languages by a decree.

There will be no more uneducated Haitians in Haiti.

There is a saying that leads people believe once one speaks French, one is accounted for an educated person.

Therefore, we should put aside the French language so Haitian people will not be accounted anymore for undeducated ones.
