I've never heard of anything like that. You're just stupid and damn as you sounded at 27 years old you don't even know the basic steps for an adoption, so let alone a child.

And as you mentioned what requesting adoption pardon are you asking preval?

Do have any sense at all?

I mean, good luck to you as you're asking preval for pardon/forgiveness and i hope that he forgives you LOL.

keep on waiting on him for postal and email address and i wish he doesn't let you wait for long as your request is being processed.
