Yes peace can only be achieved if we can get rid of corruptions.

If we can have leaders with vision...if we can set up good rules and ensure that everyone abide by the rules...if we can have a department that trace corruptions...if we can have leaders who can abide by the rule of ...one wife or one and only one wife or companion to get a public job...we need a Haitian Trujillio
