its pretty much logical any one with a brain should understand the speech that preval delivered, but its not so easy to follow and obey when your hungry an broke.

Haiti needs to wake up and smell the coffe, bring back the military then the un will leave, fix up cite solie, build numerous markets so the merchant dont have to sell on the street .build up the surounding cities around port au prince up to slow down the over flow of peasentry in the capital .invest in tourist sites rebuild all historic sites, it can be done but not in preval time .the next president will not be from lavalas it will be a us pupet then the us and all other foreinght countrys will stop hitting haiti in the back so much, to pleanty outsiders Haiti is a modern day plantation, if we freed are selves from slavery then why did we have to pay restatution to france for burning down the plantation wich means you destroy the masters house you pay and still today were still paying when napoleon arested tousaint we lost it all lets no fool are self, bassicly the unseen hand is working behind the biger picture france and canada are not just hanging around for a good time they want whats theres which they feel that they let the field congos on vacation for 200 years they paid us restatution for burning down the plantations, once they finishing killing each other we will step in and reclaim whats ours behind the seen .my fellow haitians its happening but this time there catching the bee with the honey.
