Even before the troupes are out, we need to give the power back to the people.

Santhonax has done so, when it was difficult for the French Army to control Haiti.

Dr. Francois Duvalier had tried do it a different way but failed to accomplish it goal. Do you remember How the Indigenous Haitian army was created in the first place?

Why not to the same by creating a Local Voluntary National Security Forces in every commune through out the nine departments of Haiti that would include: teachers, engineers, sociologists, economists artists and all part of the society to insure prosperity for our children in

years to come. whereas, I suppose that every Local National Security Officer will have jurisdiction only in the commune they are assigned.

By doing so, every Haitian in every family would feel safe, and will accept their civic duties to change thins around for a better tomorrow.

We need to have a general prosecutor in the country with it assistant in every commune to provide justice that the Haitian people have been thirsty for over 200 years.

You see my proposal is clear and simple and it has no big demand for money comparing 500 plus million paying to foreign soldiers who come to rape, and violate our basic human rights.

Whether you call if Forces Army of Haiti, I have not problem with the name. We are not advocating to bring back the actors in the dismantle Haitian Army. It is over. No back pay for those guys, just a fresh new force with the sovereignty of Haiti as their ultimate goal. We will be able accomplish astonish progress and bring back Haiti as a proud Nation once again.

We can do it. United We Strong.
