Tibia I carefully read what your said I must admit the true reality behind your words, but I notice couple things that was your weakness and can be my cause of failure in that movement.

First, one of the main reason was that you were alone in that path or even if there was some others doing the same...they were not united with you, that first one is why I am imploring all...all...all...all of us to get together and do the right thing regardless our personal feelings and opinions, second "the mentality of our people" like you said, but if we team up and create a big, serious, solid institution involving in all good things and stay away from politic I mean really stay a way from politic, this lack of trust should slowly and surely fade a way and that actual mentality will be irreverent, I truly believe many people before us, used similar movement to make their ways in to government office.

In that movement, educating the people well, and I mean true education on all subjects matter ad it is the key...Tibia education change a lot...way more than we can imaging.

If we all get together and create that institution and stay behind the scene as humble as possible, there will be no special superstar, no man to point out as doubting in.
Our ideals are not to change cultures.

I believe well educated men built a solid nation.

We, as an institution should and most stay a way from, believes, religions, cultures, and politics...

we are not and will not be there for implementing systems...we would be there to educate the men capable of critical thinking..., men who will be in the Haitian government and offices, men who will cast out votes, men who will be entrepreneurs, productive men who will make a better Haiti, that would be or missions.

I would definitely ask you...

all of you to do not see me as an individual, but see my point.

I m ready to give my land, my money, my time and my knowledge in that movement...and I ask only one thing...

just one thing...

"Your knowledge"
Maybe some of us have not lived some of the true humiliation out there against us as a "nation" but let me share couple of them: When I am traveling to different countries in Europe (Spain, England, Italy, France, Germany, Suisse), and in America (usa, Canada) although within the European union, all other nations presented their passports and that is all that required for them to get on board.

Me as a Haitian, taking my pride before me showing my only true document representing my status and my country which is my passport to test the system, they would hold me for further verifications and last time I play that game they hold me for so long that I missed my flight, no excuse, nothing, just had to buy another ticket.

How do we explain Dominicans video recoding their abuses to the Haitians?

Why European can come to America without a visa and our Haitians from America right there in the Caribbean are getting denial after denial?

What is that telling us as a "nation"?

It tell us the illusion of been a nation is just in our mind...and as not yet been seen out there, nor developed! How do we make it real?

And how do we really stop those humiliations out there in other for our children do not suffer from it?

Asking Preval or any other president to do something about those things is like lying to ourselves pretending we feel those pains.

Since I got in that subject lets us make a quick look and analysis of our governments and study couple of them by starting with the recent one "Preval" who is he?

What political school he ever attended?

What was his record before been president?

Why and how he got there?

What can he do?

Now let us go further back "Aristid"; who is he?

What political school he ever attended?

What was his record before been president?

Why and how he got there?

What could he have done?

The list is going on now ...

"Jean Claude Duvalier" who is he?

What political school he ever attended?

What was his record before been president?

Why and how he got there?

What could he have done?

I will stop at him cause as a child in 1984 I remember our first "black out" on a Friday night right before a program I use to love watching " Languichat Debordus" and I remember in college bird we have been thought "Haiti est un pays en voie de development" what happened to all that?

One thing is sure if Jean Claude was a true well educated politician man sharp enough to understand foreign policies, we would have not lost or national productions, maybe we would not have a tyrant, and a robin wood as aristide, and if Aristide had been more and truly well educated...he would have avoided a lot, and make better decisions in front of the facts, if Preval was a well knowledgeable president...only if he was....

If our population had access to real knowledge and education would they voted anyone with a destructive message to the presidency?

One last paragraph,
Why is union school that expensive?

Over 1200 us/month, why are there many "lapromesse" schools?

One thing is for sure all that is happening in Haiti right is beyond the victim's state of mind and comprehensions.

An ignorant man is easy to corrupt, a knowledgeable president is harder to corrupt, but an educated population is impossible to be fool, and that is what we should promote.

We had the chance to get a not the best but better education let's bring it in our country.

If you still have a team in Haiti...let's make contact, let's work together, you, me and more people in this blog have a lot to bring in Haiti, let's forget about differences, individualism, worries, negative mentalities, cultures, religions, politics, systems.

And do our share and make sacrifices.

Down the road only and only our contribution and sacrifices will matter.
