Sebastian

Here we go again!

Sebastian once again trying hard to sound so intelligently and politically correct.

What is your definition of "Democracy?"

You said "In order to have a democratic country the majority of the people need to be middle class not poor." Since when middle class defines "democracy?" What a BS!

Last time I checked India was the most "Democratic country on the planet, not the United States.

Yes, you heard me, I said it! India doesn't have a middle class, and yet, India is doing extremely well. I could give you ample other examples if I had the time.

However, I agree with you in principle that Haiti needs a vibrant middle class in order to have an healthy economy and an almost equal society, which enventually would create a balance of power in the government.

Right now, the elite class and only the elite class has all the say on Haiti's politics and the country's internal affairs.

Also, last time I checked, the very last coup d'etat took place in Haiti in September 1991, and 17 long years later life in Haiti is only getting worse every passing day. Remember this is the end of year 2008.

Don't you think 17 years is a longtime that Haitians could have accomplished wonders in Haiti?

You're talking about violence.

Well, Sebastian, sorry if I have to burst your bubbles and piss in your parade when I say that Haiti is still remained the safest country in the entire caribbean put together.

Jamaica which is considered as the crime empire in the caribbean, is never short of tourism and is not isolated from the rest of the world by the United States, and Jamaica is not facing with economy sanctions/embargoes by the US and the international community and it never has.

You watch too much tv. and listen to the white man's negative propaganda against Haiti too much.

Of course there is violence in Haiti, but who are committing of this violence, you should ask?

This violence and kidnapping are being committed by Haitian criminals and gang members deported to Haiti from US prisons by the government of the United States.

This violence is not being committed by Haitians on Haitians, like you said, Haitians are too busy worrying how they are going to feed their families.
