Reynald, all that you say about schools having to be inspected used to be true. However, since Aristide and Preval the country has had no real government, and it has been a lawless state, where it's every man for himself.

Human beings are fundamentally interested in their own self interest before anything else. So if no one is monitoring to make sure that people follow laws, than no laws will be followed.

How many more deaths will it take before the Haitian people decide they've had enough of this gutter rat regime.

Preval and all his cronies should be brought-up on criminal charges.

If we let these criminal thieves get away with what they have done to the country, what is it that will deter the next creep who gets into office from doing the same thing.

It is because we have not punished past criminal thieving presidents that we keep having new ones doing the same horrible things to our country.

I guarantee you, if there was a previous president rotting in jail for what they had done to Haiti, Preval and his cretins would think twice before taking on a job that they new they could not do.
