Colette, Tiba may sometimes say things the wrong way, but the points he makes are mostly accurate.

You talk about getting along, but you don't practice what you preach.

Getting along is not just about having people understand you, it's also about you taking a step back and cutting some slack to others.

For example, sometimes I've had to point out to Tiba that the way he says some things is offensive.

However, I also have my bad days, when I say things in a way that I usually wouldn't. So, when Tiba says things in his somewhat harsh what, I try to look beyond that and to focus on the important points that he is making.

Furthermore, you are new to the blog, and cannot began to understand Tiba's frustration; he has been writing about what's going on in Haiti for almost as long as I have on this blog. So now he is impatient and short tempered; who can blame him.

By the way, if you think our PM reads this blog, you are sadly mistaken.
