My, my, my

You sure talk a lot of crap, man. Do you think US uses some special material to make bricks or something?

No!

It is true that I don't quite understand what you are trying to say exactly, but the very little I can get from your message, you seem to be confusing apples with oranges.

First and foremost, there is a big difference between "bricks" "and ciment blocks."

Second, the entire world uses them both in construction and they use the same material to make them.

Second, every country uses different material constrctions and different construction codes to build home depending on the weather pattern of their geographic location.

For example, in US alone, each state uses different material construction to build home depending on the weather pattern of their location.

The state of florida for example, uses more brick and ciment blocks in construction because of the hot weather.

These material resist better to the heat and reduce the heat intensity.

Where in New York, for example, they use mostly wood because wood resists to the cold weather better.

Using more bricks and ciment blocks in NY would increase the effect of the cold more and make life more miserable to all of us.

Haiti is almost in the equator, using wood in building construction would cause fire 24/7 because of the intensity of the sun heat just like it produces brosh fire every summer in Carlifonia.

The incident that just happened with many more to come is due simply by nonexistence of building codes/laws and regulations.

Everybody build their own home as if they are engineers or something, and that is the problem of building construction in that country.
