Very good info. Can you tell us now what has been done so far?

Where is the legislative on this issue today?

And who are those foreigners who will be working/are working with Haitians to amend the stupid constipation?

Oops! I mean the damn constitution.

But again, it is because Haitians are too dumb and stupid to work on the constitution of their own country and that is why it is vital there are foreigners assisting them?

Shouldn't Haitians know better what's good for Haitians/Haiti than foreigners would?

What do I know?
