Tiba, you are insulting a blogger who is giving a lot of valid information, and you are insulting him for no valid reason.

It is not wise to insult someone just because your knowledge is limited on the subject being discussed.

ONA is Haiti's Retirement Insurance Office; instead of insulting the blogger, you could simply have asked what ONA meant, or you could have done what I did: search the net for meaning.

Voixdenous, your statement "Les elites doivent reprendre le pays de tous ces negres mediocres, viscieux, violents, VOLEURS!!!!!" would make sense if you made clearer what elite you are talking about.

If you mean those people in Haiti who pass themselves off as elite today, than you are mistaken; they cannot run the country anymore than the gutter rats that are running it now. They are as greedy and unethical as those in power right now. Being light skin with money does not qualify one as a real elite.

I believe the old elite, who had members of both color groups, would call these new elites "parvenue sans manman."
