Hi Tiba, Actually, I was surprise mostly by your generalization, stating that "all" Haitians are incompetent, because, as I said before, "all" would include yourself, and I am sure that you don't think of yourself in that way. I also think that you must know at least one or more Haitian people who are not incompetent.

Now if you mean to say that too many Haitians think that they can do too many things THAT THEY ACTUALLY CAN'T, I most likely will agree with you there.

But that's another debate; ONE THAT IS CRUCIAL TO UNDERSTANDING OUR FAILURES.

You have some other interesting points that I will try to find time to respond to sometime today or tomorrow, but right now I'm running.
