High School doing Model UN on behalf of Haiti.

I was wondering if it was possible for you to answer a few questions I have regarding the Haitian policy on government funding, as it is unilaterally seen as a corrupt regime...my school is representing Haiti this March at the Model UN.
I hope you are able to spare the time to better assist me with the project.
