Mark we are in the same page, I am so glad you talk about the program in florida school, I preach all a long Haiti need some thing like that, but the big concern is a lot of people percieve this progem as a progam that try to force people in slavery NOT AT ALL. Communication is the key if you try to impose a such projet in the haitian people specially student they might be offended, BUT if you motivate them by explaining them the value and benefit on keeping haiti clean I promess you they will get involved will pride

The diaspora should a CLEANING GAME on the 9 departements in haiti we will set a group of judge to decide which departement do the best cleanning will earn a big price, to the first departement winner the price could for example build a professional school cshool, a computer school a clinical, or a library, it could be also drilling wells (puits a l'eau) chaque annee chef lieu de ce departement devrait etre le host de cette fete et tous les gens de la diaspora devrait aller pour participer et encourager le departement gagnant, cette initiative creera un embiance d'enthousiasme d'encouragement la ou tous les jeunes et vieux dans tous 9 departements seront enchantes de prendre part competition parceque les gens vont savoir si leur departement gagne ce sera un benefice de leur departement ce jour les les band a la diaspora pourront aller apporter de grande animation, le deprtement pour etre decouvert par tous le monde de al diaspora( DEPARTEMET LAKAY MOIN TAP GINYIN PREMIER PRIME NAN PLATEAU CENTRAL AVEW NAP MACHE) ce jeu sera vraiment fun mais pour faire un tel geste la diaspora doit etre le premier a collecter de l'argent pour les primes DI MOIN KI DEPARTEMENT OU PENSE KI TA KA PRAN PREMIER PRIX POU NETTOYAGE?
