Well,

It is true that Trujillo is part Haitian.

That is something even simple basic Wikipedia I am sure can prove.

The paradigm is often what most homicidal racist dictators tend to always have in common.

Quite often they are either genetically part of the very certain races they hate and want to wipe out of the face of the Earth because of the sense of inferiority they feel about such race. Not because such a race is inferior per se, but rather because of certain resentments they such dictator had developed for this race growing up that he felt were to blame for their own hardship and that their reasons often can range from any self-identical issues that is not addressed, expressed and explored while they were young so they could have gotten better education on the matter.

That is why it is always good for one to try as hard to find out about all the possible lineage of blood and genes that run in them and learn to embrace ad accept it before starting to hate any other specific or certain races in the World because chances are you are may end up finding out that you are part of that race.

P.S: Like me, I have long ago accepted that I am a mixed of Dominican-Haitian-Jewish after a while denying my existing Jewish and Dominican because all I ever knew to be was Haitian.

Because of personal issues and experience, I used to really not like Dominicans regardless of actual knowledge that both my mother, grandmother and great grand mother are from the Dominican Republic therefore I cannot go on a "hating Dominicans, nor the Jews" when my Father's background and ethnicity if of Meddle Eastern Mediterranean.

No matter how disappointed or embarrassed I may be with certain of each of their despicable negative actions of those listed backgrounds or ethnicities I have mentioned.
