I was very clear and blunt with my response.

Basic necessities are not produce by Haitians, How can you control prices for something that you do not produce?

Haiti could have a monetary policy capable of boosting the Haitian currency since most basic necessities are imported?

How do you boost your currency when you are not a strong force in the global econony?

In order to control and get an end result, you have to be the producer of something.

Do you get my drift?

You have to lay the foundation first, in order to get to strategic planning that will spur growth opportunities.
