If uncle Sam sets up funds to create jobs in Haiti, I call it reparations long overdue to Haitians for Savannah, Georgia, reparations long overdue for the 1922 cut-throat Haiti loan designed to bail out Wall Street and the National City Bank while Haiti sank into a more uncertain economic future, reparations for helping the Napoleon's 1802 expedition to devastate Haiti's plantations, reparations for the 1806-1862 diplomatic embargo on Haiti, reparations for barring Haiti's participation in 1824-25 Latin American's conference on trades, diplomacy and commercial relationships, reparations for the ill-advised eradication of Haitian pigs consequently mass rural exodus toward Haiti's cities (that same USAid that spearheaded the Haitian pig eradication...), reparations for the exploitation of Haitian cane cutters (Cuba & DR) forced to pay exhorbitant immigration duties to honor the 1922 Haiti bonds to US bond holders, reparations for forcing Haiti to paying 3 millions+ dollars for a James McDonald's Haiti National Railroad that was a scam, reparations for exiling the German Nationals doing business in Haiti and their descendants while confiscating their possessions to be sold later to Levantine Immigrants, reparations for exploiting Haiti's meager resources (coffee) through the privatization of the National Bank of the Republic of Haiti (BNRH) to the National City Bank....
