how do we find out on projects, developments that are taking place in Haiti?

In period of crisis, Who speaks on behalf of the Haitian Government to those of us living abroad ?"

Actually there is a ministere in Haiti who represents us, the Haitians living abroad.

It is called "Le Ministere des Haitiens Vivant a l'Etranger (MHAVE)" / The Ministry of Haitians Living Abroad

The last official minister of the Haitians living abroad is Jean Geneus

Who is is, where his office is, and what he does to represent us?

I have absolutely no idea.
