we may have different political ideologies, but i am not indifferent to my people.

in fact, i have made some revisions with regard to my absolute refutation of the army. the declarations recently made my a dominican general and those made by president-elect preval have forced to reconsider the possibility of an immediate partial reformation, but without the former soldiers.

i will only support a very partial immediate reformation if it is made entirely of new soldiers.

i think that my concession is more than fair. id not want a non-disciplined former coup-d'etat participant to be in my our people's army.
