As the hurrican destroyed life in Haiti, US government is releasing $100,000 from its piggy bank to Haiti, as if Preval government is too poor to spend $100,000 to help his people.

His master has to use his little pocket change instead to help the people.

How more humiliating and disgraceful that is?

Preval is purposely leaving Haitians to die.
