Read this fellow observer Keen,

From the start, I decided against reponding to your points for lack of practicality.

But, I do not want you to think that you are right.

People like you are those seemingly with a good education but with no inspiration to others, especially for a country like ours. If you read very, very carefully my quest for a new army, you will see that your answers to both Ajane and me have been overlapped.

I am now proposing that Haiti reintroduce an army of about 40,000 men for a population of 8000,000 humans and a police force of 25,000 officers.

This is the only way to regain a stable Haiti through security.

if we want to succeed from instability and that Haiti be not swallowed by the so-called Minustah.

The new forces should definitely include those in the disbanded still capable to perform as soldiers for their experience and knowledge of the job.

People like Preval/Aristide can never, never govern with an effective army for their anarchistic styles and direspect for institutions and the constitution in general.

Their grip will always lie with gangs and other anarchists.

With these two guys, you will always have "tete bese" presidents governing with foreign forces.

Since they both can always win national elections due to our actual poor society and lack of effective candidates, they will behave in the same manners meaning against national interests.

You think that Haiti cannot have an army with the actual generation of people, you are completely wrong.

Yet, your support for Aristide/Preval causes so much pain to our people that members pray every day to find a way out of leaving Haiti

The result from the ascendance of your guys to power is nothing more than chaos and despair, and God forbids, social breakdown will only grow because your guys acquired no wisdom when it comes to leadership.

But, believe it or not, Haiti will regain control over its own destiny and our people will prevail in a conform way.

Vive Haiti!
