Vladimir

With all due respect and no insult intended, I do know that English is not your native tongue, therefore, I would advise that you pay more attention on your writing.

Why?

Because for someone who is in graduate school you made some unnecessary gramatical errors in your short message that could make potential employers to dump your application in the waste basket even before you leave their offices.

Also, what is your definition of "a good job" in Haiti?

If your plan is to return to Haiti, I would suggest that you spend some time in Haiti looking for the job you want first, but don't expect to get a job that pays what you would get in the state for doing the same job.

The other thing you can do is to check US government employment websites.

The US government is always recruiting people with certain skills and education to fill various positions in different countries.

US is always recruiting for example: interpreters, management, trasportation, case managers and customer service to work in its embassies and consulates around the world, Haiti included, etc...etc...

Good luck in your career search!
