What's the purpose of this meeting?

I thought she was already ratified by both the parliament and the senate?

Isn't it against the Haitian constitution for the senate and the parliament to mingle in the formation of the government?

Haiti is approaching 6 months without a functioning government, isn't it time that these so-called leaders free Haiti from the incompetence and mediocrity theatre?

That stupid meeting has no merit to take place unless its purpose is to impeach the moronic brain drained Preval.
