When he was mayor of Port-au-prince, he was so crooked that he reportedly stole even the chairs of City Hall before he left office.

The man is so ambitious he is eternally running for president even tough he obviously doesn't have too many unpaid supporters.

Believe me, you don't need to know about that guy!
