Does Labadee still belong to Haiti?

Labadee, the most popular tourist destination of Haiti, is it consedered a territory of Haiti still, better yet, does Labadee still belong to Haiti/Haitians, or does it entirely belong to the master?

As a Haitian natif natal, I have my god's given rights to know what is happening with my country.

I have heard some bizarre and wird stories about Labadee belonging to the white master (Carnaval Cruise Ship) and that natif Haitians have no acess to the area unless they have a visa/passport.

Did the Haitian government sell Labadee to the master or what?

If so, how much did the government sell it for?

If leased to the master, for how long and for how much?

If none of the above questions applied and that Labadee still belong to Haiti/Haitians, does the government collect any taxes or fees from the master?

If so, how much the annual revenue amounts to and what does the government do with that money?

I just had a quick pick on Labadee, and I must say that I was very impressd.

That place doesn't really look like it is in Haiti.

This is the only part the master says the hole time they are in Haiti.

They do not leave the area to see other part of Haiti like the Citadell for example.

Please take a look at it and come back for some discussion about it because I really believe that Haitians citizens need to know what's going on with their country, and the government needs to give us a well detailed explainations.
