yes it is possible .Haiti was invaded and under informal occupation.

but grace of that there will be more things done in the country; more economical movevement in the country; the rich countries are now more available to help the country; beacause there is a domocratic elected government and a more or less nationl consensus; if that goes on there will be more roads build; eventhough I kan agree that preval is not so strong and smart to do bether things; but when did we have a such government ?;a such presidential period?

I save what I°m writing in a file to gether with your writing.

Do you think you will have a such calm presidential period after the UN keeping force leave the country.

It will be CHAOS again; big desorder;coup d°etat; may be this future president will flee to an affrican land good or bad he could be..
