I agree with most of what you said.

Hoever, as far as I'm concerned, this new prime minister, Michelle Pierre-Louis, is concidered as another incompetent and mediocre being added to the already existing pile until she can prove herself to be different from the pile.

First of all, she is already giving me signs of her incompetence and mediocrity by not being able to form a government yet. It means that Haiti is going to have to wait for another 3, 4, 5 more months to get a functioning governing.

I don't have any confidence that she is going to do anything better for Haiti.
