Aristide has no conscience, for he is a psychopath and a pathological lier.
Poor Mildred his wife who believed him she must be very sorry, every time she wakes up next to that monster.
Aristide majored in philosophy, psychology in Haiti and, religious studies.
He learned language, Spanish in the Dominican Republic, Hebrew in Israel, French and Creole in Haiti of course and lastly Zulu and got himself a Phd. What the majority of the Haitian population who saw him as a savior did not understand is that none of what he got was going to help Haiti nor help him do a good job. He certainly did not have a Law degree or an economic or business degree.
Aristide did not have any work experience also.
Since he was a good orator, he should have remained a spiritual leader.
But no he got greedy.
He got himself an estimated fortune of 800,000 millions US dollars.
For those who think that's unlikely, think how profitable the drug trade really is. Plus he milked the international community and stole the money provided for aid approximately 300,0000 million dollars.
He even stole from Teleco and other projects from Haiti.In fact Aristide and his cronies stole within a few years over a billion dollars from Haiti( What Duvalier stole in a decade or so).
He was paying his lavalas party individuals 500,000 thousand dollars per year in salary.
Aristide was and still is obsessed with power.
He betrayed the mostly the poor Haitian people.
He caused the middle class to loose a lot of money, some lost a large percentage of interest on their savings, some had to move in with other family members to rent their homes to foreigners to survive during the US embargo.
Everybody lost because of Aristide.
He had so much money that he chartered a private plane at a cost of 180,000 US dollars just to take him from Africa to Jamaica (I guess they did not wish to grant him asylum there.
He wanted to be close to Haiti to cause trouble).
People who are asking for Aristide's return were either paid to do so or they do not know what that voleur did. Like all drug dealers, he doesn't seem to know when to quit.
The only thing thats waiting for him in Haiti is a bullet.
I would like to see them put him and his Lavalas thieves in jail and applied electrical currents to their genitals just like they did to those that were marching asking for their money back which Aristide stole.
It was very advantageous for Aristide to marry Mildred a lawyer.
But let us all hope that they do get a divorce and she will be willing to testify against him in court.
Then again Aristide is such a monster, he might have her poisoned like he did to others.
This is one fellow who has earned himself a place in hell.
