If they do not illuminate the country with solar energie lamps solely based on the facts that people will steal them, then the country will never make any progress. The people need more than food for their stomachs, they need food for their minds and modernization as well. Haitians need to catch up to the 21st century. People eat than defecate what they ate. It all goes to waste. Haiti have to plan for 100 years ahead. The Peligre electricity project is a waste of time it will only last 30 years due to the silt and soil erosion.
