ALL THAT BECAUSE OF HIS INCOMPETENT GOVERNMENT ANTIQUATED PORTS PROCEDURES AND THE STUPID IDEA OF CHECKING ALL CARGO CONTAINERS AND HIGH TAXES AND ALL. WHY CAN'T THEY HAVE AN EFFICIENT COMPUTERIZED SYSTEM AT THE PORTS WHERE THEY SEEM TO COLLECT THE HIGHEST REVENUE.
AND WHY CAN'T HAITI'S GOVERNMENT HAVE ALL THAT FOOD WAISTING IN THE COUNTRY SIDE COLLECTED AND DISTRIBUTED FROM FOOD BANKS.
Do they even have such things in Haiti?
