Mr. President we feel it is unfortunate that Alexis was the scapegoat for all of Haitis problems..
Let me cut to it - Mr. President I warned you via this medium that the lord would judge the Ports next for the corruption.
As of this writing we have been charged since that time 2 and three times the amouint of money as before for items we send to help our haitian friends...
Mr. president YOU MUST REVAMP all the port system and remove the corruption - get outside management help if you need to and put into the countries that want to help to enlarge and update the Ports...
Mr. president you must work with the legislature to put in a system where EVERYONE KNOWS AHEAD OF TIME what is expected to be paid at the ports...
and you must vet the workers who collect the tax, etc and if necessary move them from one position to another so they do not get entrenched in a power situation where they line their own pocket with the goverments lajan...
next Mr. president you have to enforce those laws and arrest the corrupters and extorters and take them to jail - to court and prosecute...
this will curb others from doing the same..
yes - there is resistance through the Port system - because they gather their extra funds by the corruption under the old system (I say old because it must go), ,,,,remeber - if you read this, which your january speech had ingredients of 2 times when I wrote you about this issue...
remeber I sent word to you 2 times before the Port problems that led to the deaths in the streets that has led to more 'te' eating...
Mr. President - when the lord spoke to me about several things ahead of time and I announce them.
One was the change of Government that led to the removal of Aristide...
the Lord removed Aristide for his hypocrisy and rebellion.
As a priest of jesus Christ one should not sanction another religion - namely voudou..Aristide was deeply involved...
the lord called it rebellion and raised a rebellion against Aristide to remove the evil ruler...
I see comments from one of aristtides advisers that some are good but some are very destructive - you cannot forcer what took decades of condion to arrive at - no one can force the change...
some of his recommendations have strained the ports...
it will take time for the haitian farmers to reviatalize...
and what will they need to raise with the projected popualtation growth by the time they achieve the goals of feeding haiti???? Mr. president -- stability and food in the belly now and tommorrow and in the futruew as these plans are worked in over yeras...
IT TOOKMANY YEARS TO COME TO THIS - and the huge population growth also has a mathamatical effect in this equation -IT IS NICE TO DREAM - but i can only dream about eating rice so many times -- one day i am awake and I realize I have nothing to eat...
I see the talk of taking over the efforts and assets of ngos - this is scary...
that the haitian governemnet will decide how it is used...
Is this just the ngo's the haiotian governement grants to or is this all ngo's in the country??

it will stop the erosion and the rain water will penetrate deeper into the aquifers...

farm increase are not the only answer...

charcoals is running out - then how will the people cook??? what will repalce it?? propaneA?? diesel fuel or gasoline??? very expensive...
and the aquifers are gettin low -if they go to low the saly water will enter...
and there will be no fresh water...
how will the people cook then even if the rice is free...
Our prayers are with you mr. president we encourage our church network in hiti to pray for you and all leaders of haiti for God wisdom in the steps you take...
Mr. President - pray about and ask God - even if you do not follow Him in all ways you know you should - still ask Him to surround you with wise counselors...

FIX THE PORTS...
if you have to take police action by special force to go in and get the ports smoothed out DO IT...
the port crisis is costing shipping companies majo money...
it is costing jobs - destroying business as there stuff sits and or rots at the ports and thats also includes food and material that the Lord has sent for the restoration process ofhaiti
Mr. president haiti has not yet recieved a miracle - but haiti is healing,,,,,a healing can come at differnet rates of speed...
the Lord can make the healing faster...
and even change the healing to a miracle...
mr. president - jatropa plants...
they are having succes in India...
it produces 'oil' - takes about a 6 foot space for each plant...
fill the mountains of haiti with this plant...
it will work in palces outside of the rice region / artibonite
