For those who wish to move to Florida know that houses are cheaper in Clear Water Tampa, away from Miami and Ft. Lauderdale.

You have to have a degree or certificate in health care to move there if you wish to find employment.

Know that the Cubans prefer to hire each other in the big businesses and banking industry and hotel managements.

They do this by advertising for jobs stating bilingual prefer meaning spanish english never french and english.

If you are an executive and you hire a Cuban or Latino manager or supervisor, withing six months they are going to find a way to get all the blacks (regardless if they are Americans, Haitians or Jamaicans) fired and hire their own people.

There are about 10 thousands homeless people in Miami right now. Ten years ago there were only 600. None of them are Haitians because we tend to survive in family groups.

But you have more people willing to snatch your purse in the street, when ten years before that problem did not exist.

The crimes in Miami used to be among people who were in the drug business or associated with the drug world.

There are about 500thousands Haitians in Florida.

There could be more.

There are tremendous opportunities for people who wish to start a small business or wish to buy and fix and sell repossessed homes.

These days it takes longer to sell those repos.

Many people have resorted to renting them out for a couple of years because of the slow housing markets.

Anyway I want everyone to know that you have to have enough savings to last you a year before moving to a place like Florida.

Be willing to accept a big pay cut than what you are used to if you are going to work for others.

If you do not wish to work with Haitians from all walks of life specially those from the deep country California is the place for you to move to. Stay away from expensive Los Angeles.

The land is endless in California.

There is something for everyone at all income levels.

You have to look around do some research before you move there.

Houses are more expensive but your pay check is also higher.

There are opportunities to start a business.

But thats another story when I have more time I will share some tips.
