Nothing has been done. Now it is too late. The Haitian people need to make him understand he is a failure. He is the source of the problem.He can not solve it. He will help the country more efficiently if he can resign with his prime minister Alexis. It is not a matter of being a good man or not. It is a matter of survival for an entire nation. The country needs a different group of citizens able to understand the situation and to bring the appropriate response.
