Lazarus an estimated 50% of the Haitian population are under 25years of age. With an education,and Children rights laws to prevent them from getting whipped with rigoises, martinets or getting hit on the head by the old mentally twisted generation, they will all thrive and become productive well balanced and less violent human beings.
Its the old ones with their failed methods and culture and social structure who are propagating this vicious cycle with no end in sight.
I wish someone could take all those children and place them in boarding schools, far away from those characters.
Please do not judge all of us based on your own bad experiences.
Lemoine and thousands like him suffered under that mentally ill tyrant so that a handful of people can profit.
The remainder of the country remained poor and uneducated.
