Mr. Philip It's Unfair To Judge Millions of people based on the acts of hundreds even thousands of depraved individuals.
This Dodocia has hijacked this family.
He is probably one of those government officials or he is well connected in the Haitian mafia to be able to commit such sexual crimes against an entire family without impunity.
If you know about it, then how many other people do know? then why don't you do something to prevent him from raping the youngest daughter.
It doesn't take a lot to knock someone off the grid in Haiti.

I would commit murder if someone did this to my family.
I would make him die slowly by slicing his penis and other parts of his body little by little and let him bleed to death then I would burn him. I would go after his entire family after that so I can wipe his DNA from the face of this earth.
