Une explosion démographiques en Haiti: There are too many poor people in Haiti who are reproducing too many children, and there are not enough resources to meet their needs. The government must launch a birth control program to alleviate such a horrible situation. The poor are having more children than the middle class. Those children cannot live on fresh air and mud cakes. Preval/Alexis administration definitely could have used some of those millions of dollars they spent on carnaval 2008 to launch such program.Shame on them.
