Wow, so many valid points!!!

Which is why ladies and gentlemen, kids of HAITI, HAITI needs better governmental Reform which will take place over time and not in one sitting on just one President.

Each President before the next must lay out a foundation and groundwork for improvment for the next President.

Indeed I say this, effective and instant reform of the Federally Government in HAITI is a most andmust be afoot now and must be done as legally and constitutiaonally by all means as possible through vigorous diplomatic debates and as I stress ACTIONS without causing any national security matter to the very own country to destabilize it.

There need to be a new, better and re-improved watch of Federal Revenue, Spending and Treasury in HAITI.

The key words are: Acountability, exposure and punishments under the law of those who directly or indirectly abuse, misuse and ignore the premise of HAITI's Federal Institutionalized Funds.

The other thing that most HAITIANS fear but might be due to its eventualitty and close to innevitablly being implaced is the PRIVATIZATION, yet governmentally recorded and aknowledged of most of those Federal Departments where a better controlled and closed watch will be at work.

Better yet, systematically, the Treasury department for HAITI's Monetary Funds should be in a respectable and trustworthy Estate Abroad where track of every transaction is recordable by every Money earned and deposited even if the physical money is to be in Haiti well Guarded banks as to where only the Executive Branch of the geverment such as the President and his closed staff, then those of Committee members of Parliament should be getting periodical reports of status on, regularly.

One way or the other REFORM IS TO BE MADE.

That is why, member of Higher branch of the Parliament and executive should conduct routine surprising inspections and visit to Federal Institutions for review pregress and chronicled accountability status.

Furthermore, change of commands of those institutions should be implemented base on unsatisfactory reports as well as Quaterly or by some kind of periodical system duration in office for those Institution Members, commanders and managers as well as promotions, incentives, rewards and awards must be given to those who satisfactorilly have shown reports of improvement, Whistle blower of corrupted members as well as initiatives.

If none of them do not know who to trust or watching them thus would make it hard for them to cheat and stole and if it does in any way become or make it too easier for them to cheat thus very well will be teh greater the punishments and retributions by death and life without parol in preson if and when caught.

Somehow they will and must know of the consequences and what is at stake for or awaits them.
