Home > Rene Preval Blog > who polices the police in haiti well Mr Preval i watch the news every night on my computer and i have seen a lot of changes in haiti most of them are good. However, i still see kidnaping, raping, extortion going on, and people who can afford to pay tax are not paying it. My question for you this evening is this when are you going to stop asking people to obey the law but make them obey the law you nkow what i mean? stop asking if someone breaks the law put them in jail. And keep a close eye on the police too some of them are up to no good than you.
