Presidents don't get rated/measured on education and personal achievements, but rather on their accomplishments for the country and their people.
There were and still are many leaders in the world with minimal education who have been talked about very highly because of their huge accomplishments for their country and their people.
The late shar of Saudi-Arabia is the prime example.
He took his country from ground zero and made it one of the most properous the most educated kingdom on the planet.
He didn't even have a high school education.
