Mathieu, your heart seems to be in a good place, but your knowledge of American and Haitian history is limited.
Americans have occupied countries far stronger than ours as recently as the Iraq war; Why would they not do it to Haiti.
You said that, "In 1915, they had tried and it did not work and it will not work anymore." All I can say to you is that you have not studied Haitian history.
In 1915 Haiti was a very different place than it is today.
In 1915 the Haitians that live in Haiti were not mostly illiterate, they had great pride in their history and culture, they understood the white man's true nature==pure greed covered with a hand shake.
In 1915 the Haitians living in Haiti had pride.
Most of the Haitians living in Haiti today are illiterate and their minds have been corrupted by missionaries who tell them that it is because of their religion that God hates them, or that it is because of their revolution that they have a failed nation.
Because today's Haitian are not thought the beauty of their history, today they believe the crap told to them by these missionaries.
Today's Haitian population is weak and they would welcome the Americans with open arms.
