I have been trying to establish contact with him also and discovered some information but it didn't lead anywhere.
You can go to www.google.com and put in his name in the space bar and after his name the word "contact".
I learned he reportedly lives with his girlfriend, who is his personal spokesperson, in a one bedroom apartment (flat) in Paris and she is supposed to have a web site but I never could find it or any means to contact her or Baby Doc. Since he recently released a video which was headlined here at this website there must be someway to contact him or his girlfriend manager/spokeperson and when you find out please let me know and publish the web address or how to contact his girlfriend/manager here at this website.
